INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
    DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender place all the ingredients and blend until smooth
  2. Pour in a glass and serve
