Ingredients
250 g trout fillets or any other fish
1 small onion
1 small lemon
1 small green pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 ½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Place fish in a greased baking pan, Sprinkle black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides of fish. Cut green peppers into strips and place on fish. Slice onions into rings and place on fish, squeeze juice of lemon onto fish.
Cooking time 25 30 minutes.
After fish has cooked, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
